Henry Ford (July 30, 1863 – April 7, 1947) was a united states industrialist, famous entrepreneur, plus the originator of the Ford Motor Company, and sponsor of the progression of the assembly line strategy of mass production. His launch of the Model T vehicle transformed travelling and American industry. As creator of the Ford Motor Company, he became one of thewealthiest and famous entrepreneurs across the globe. He is awarded with “Fordism”: mass manufacture of inexpensive goods coupled with high income for employees. Ford had a global vision, with consumerism as the answer to serenity. Hisintense dedication to systematically reducing charges contributed to many technical and business improvements, which includes a franchise system that put dealerships throughout nearly all of North America and in leading cities on 6 major regions. Ford left most of his vast riches to the Ford Foundation but arranged for his family to manage the corporation eternally.He was famous globally especially in the 1920s as supporter of pacifism and antisemitism.Ford’s school of thought was one among economic liberty for the United States Of America. His River Rouge Plant took over as the world’s greatest industrial complex, pursuing vertical integration to such an extent that it could provide its own steel. Ford’s goal was to create a vehicle from scratch without reliance upon overseas market. He supported the worldwide extension of his business. He thought that international trade and cooperation caused global peace, and then he used the assembly line process and production of the Model T to demonstrate it. He launched Ford assembly plants in Britain and Canada in 1911, and very quickly had become the most significant automotive producer in those areas. In 1912, Ford cooperated with Agnelli of Fiat to launch the 1st Italian automotive assembly plants. The very first plants in Germany were constructed in the 1920s with the reassurance of Herbert Hoover and the Commerce Department, whichagreed upon with Ford’s theory that global trade was essential to world peace. In the 1920s, Ford also launched plants in australia, India, and France, and by 1929, he had prosperous dealerships on six continents. Ford tried out an industrial rubber plantation in the Amazon jungle referred to as Fordlândia; it had been one of his few failures. In 1929, Ford accepted Joseph Stalin’s invitation to build a model plant (NNAZ, today GAZ) at Gorky, a city now regarded under its historical name Nizhny Novgorod. He sent American engineers and technicians to the Soviet Union to assist work it, which includes future labor leader Walter Reuther. Henry Ford did not create the automobile, as is now and again accepted. Indeed, he began as a race driver of other’s cars. As Ford himself noted, by the 1870s, the notion of a “horseless carriage was a common idea”. Many individuals worked toward the thought, as the history of steam road vehicles and of automobiles shows. To Define an Entrepreneur
When you encounter a new word, what do you usually do? Do you ignore it or do you try to look up its definition in the dictionary? For smart individuals, they will surely look up for the new word’s meaning. If you’re engaged in business undertakings, perhaps you want to define entrepreneur. Are you an entrepreneur?
There is a specific definition of entrepreneur. According to most dictionaries, an entrepreneur is a businessperson who finances or initiates emerging commercial enterprises. Basically, he or she is the person who provides for the capital of the business. However, providing capital alone is not enough to be called an entrepreneur. How is that?
It’s because some individuals prefer to invest in a certain business venture but that person will let someone else handle all the business activities.
Any person who finances a business venture and runs it can be called an entrepreneur. According to some economists, an entrepreneur is someone who develops a fresh and new product, a new way of producing something, or an innovative market. Usually, entrepreneurs start with a small business and if it proves to be successful, the business will slowly expand.
So why put up small businesses? You see, small businesses require smaller amount of capital while larger ones demand huge capital. Not many entrepreneurs nowadays are willing to take the risk of putting up big businesses without proper research and studies.
Some say that being an entrepreneur starts right after a child is born. The qualities are already possessed by the child from the moment of birth. The individual is already a thinker and schemer of things. These individuals will want to reach the impossible. So if you’re a born entrepreneur, you must develop your skills and qualities so that you can use it in the near future for your success.
Putting up a new enterprise may sound very hard but for the entrepreneur, nothing is impossible to achieve. Innovation, creativity, leadership, being a risk-taker, and having the right inner drive or passion are some of the keys to being a successful entrepreneur. If you possess these things, nothing can stop you from being one of the biggest names in the marketplace.
There are thousands of opportunities that you can find from emerging communications, culture, and science and technology. All you need to do is identify these business opportunities and turn them into a real business enterprise. However, choosing a good business opportunity requires careful study and market research. Even if entrepreneurs are known to be risk-takers, they still have to make sure that they are entering a good business.

Social entrepreneurs can be distinguished from traditional business entrepreneurs because their earned income strategies are tied directly to their mission. They impact the very society they live in – by employing people who are developmentally disabled, chronically mentally ill, physically challenged, poverty-stricken or otherwise disadvantaged; or they sell products and services that have a direct impact on a specific social problem for e.g. manufacturing assistive devices for people with physical disabilities or providing home care services that help elderly people stay out of nursing homes. They apply earned income strategies to pursue a social objective. Their success is judged on a double bottom line – financial and social returns.There are certain traits that all social entrepreneurs share. These include: o Passion: All social entrepreneurs have a driving passion to make things happen. They cannot sit back and accept status quo. They have to do something about it.o Belief: They have an unwavering belief in the innate capacity of all people to contribute meaningfully to economic and social development. They also believe in themselves and their capacity to bring about widespread change in societies. o Creativity: Social entrepreneurs have the innate ability to come up with creative solutions to problems. They leverage existing market principles and forces but break away from constraints imposed by ideology or field of discipline, and take chances that others wouldn’t dare to. o Courage: They take risks head-on, that would deter many others. They have conviction and the daring to take on the world for their cause.o Resilience: They have the will to endure the obstacles and setbacks along the way and still persevere against odds to achieve transformational social change among as many people as possible.This book “How to Change the World: Social Entrepreneurs and the Power of New Ideas” provides real examples of commited people who identified a problem and then made it their life’s mission to improve conditions that resulted in lasting changes in society.
